Atlanta · WordPress web design
Atlanta WordPress sites your marketing team can edit itself
You get branded blocks, the training to use them, and a layout nobody can break.
We’ll open your site together and tell you what we’d change. Thirty minutes, no deck, and if you don’t need a rebuild we’ll say so.

Hi 👋 that’s Chris, in the orange. He’s on the review call, and he’s on the build.
The problem, in your words
Your site didn’t fail. It drifted.
It launched clean. Every button matched, every page had a job. Then the calendar started doing its thing.
Launch day
Clean. Every button matched. Every page had a job.
Month three
Someone added a page, couldn’t find the header style, and made the text bigger by hand.
Month six
A banner went up that didn’t quite match. Nobody said anything.
Month twelve
Half the buttons look different and the whole thing feels off.
The problem: by month twelve someone says the words every marketing team eventually says. We need a redesign.
You don’t. The site didn’t fail because it was built wrong. It drifted because your team got handed something only a developer could safely touch.
Blocks, not a blank canvas
Every site we build starts from the same library of 41 blocks. Your site gets the 10 to 15 it actually needs, restyled to your brand, so your team never starts from a blank page.

The Tuesday afternoon test
Your team builds pages by stacking them
Nobody picks a font, nobody guesses at spacing, and nobody has to have an eye for design to put up a landing page on a Tuesday afternoon.
Building a page stops being a design exercise and goes back to being a content exercise.
Included in every build
Video training, recorded on your site
Not a generic help doc. Every site ships with training recorded on your actual site, in your actual admin.
When someone new joins the marketing team in eighteen months, the training is still there.
Nobody can break the layout, including the new hire
This is the part your developer will ask about, and it’s a fair question.
Most “your team can edit it” promises mean somebody gets admin access and full rein over the CSS, which is how a marketing coordinator takes a page down two days before a launch. The blocks are the guardrail.
Locked.
The type scale
Set once, by us. Not a menu your team ever sees.
The colors
Your brand palette, and only your brand palette.
The spacing
Every block is spaced correctly before anyone touches it.
Open.
Change words
Headlines, body copy, button text. All yours.
Swap images
Upload, crop, replace. The frame stays put.
Reorder sections
Drag a block up or down the page.
Publish pages
A new landing page on a Tuesday afternoon, without a ticket.
The edits that matter are open. The ones that break things aren’t there to make. You’re not trading a bottleneck for a worse one.
The proof
Evangel University
A 4,000-page university site, run by two people in-house
Evangel came to us on an old page builder with thousands of pages and a brand-new style guide that looked nothing like their site. We picked the 30 to 40 pages prospective students actually visit, designed the blocks those pages needed, rebuilt them first, then moved the rest over the following year.
What that bought them: when their marketing team needed a new page type, we built the template once and handed it over. They filled it and published it. That arrangement ran for three years.

Before. The page builder era.

After. Built from blocks their team runs.
“We wanted to migrate those websites over to a consolidated platform that each brand’s marketing teams could manage by themselves.”

No B-team.
Ever.
No B-team means the people on your kickoff call are the people who build it.
What it costs
Most Atlanta agencies make you book a call to hear a number. Ours are on the pricing page.
Custom WordPress Sites
Everyone wants to know what the pricing is. Let's get the ballpark estimates out of the way.
This is what you get:
Custom building-blocks
You get 10-15 branded website components that snap together like Lego pieces. These enable your marketers to create new pages, campaigns, and ideas quickly and independently.
Drag-n-drop editing
Your marketing team builds pages by simply dragging sections into place and adding content. Change anything, instantly. No more playing telephone with developers or worrying about mistakes.
Built-in training videos
Every website includes step-by-step video tutorials embedded in your admin panel so your team can solve challenges without waiting for support.
5-year durability
Your website stays fast, secure, and easy to use for years without expensive rebuilds. We build with core WordPress technology that grows with your business instead of becoming outdated.
This is what it'll cost:
WordPress website, education, bi-weekly meetings, and weekly status reports included across all.
$15,000
5 hand-crafted pages, blog (6 weeks)
$25,000
6-10 hand-crafted pages, blog, custom content, more QA (2 months)
$35,000
11+ hand-crafted pages, blog, custom content, custom dev, messaging (3 months)
The constraints
We only build websites, and only for teams who want to run them
We don’t do ads, we don’t do SEO retainers, and we don’t take a project where the plan is to hand it back to us for every change. That last one isn’t a preference, it’s the whole model. If you want an agency that stays in the loop on every edit, we’re the wrong shop, and there are good ones in Atlanta who do exactly that.
The teams this works for have someone in marketing who wants the keys.

Chris and Daniel. This is what the in-person version looks like.
About the address
Yes, we’re in Decatur
Six miles from downtown, and we’ve been here since 2004. We work with teams across metro Atlanta and with clients in Missouri, Colorado, and California, so the office matters less than it used to.
If you want to meet in person, we’d rather. If you never want to, that works too.
The drift doesn’t stop on its own
Every month you wait, someone adds another page that doesn’t quite match, and the redesign you’re trying to avoid gets closer. A review costs you half an hour.
We’ll open your site together and tell you what we’d change. Thirty minutes, no deck, and if you don’t need a rebuild we’ll say so.
