Case Study: Soltech
As a software development company, Soltech focuses on delivering specialized code products. But customer service is everything in this business, and ease-of-management is a huge factor for their clients who need a single point of contact for as many aspects of their development project as possible.
Soltech’s team was stretched pretty thin with a large pipeline that kicked off in short order, the height of their busiest annual season. Client content generation + collation is one of the main drags on tight timelines. Original photos + videography are essential to populate a sleek system with brand-centric imagery, and Soltech reached out to us to supplement their code with on-site shoots + public-ready assets.
During our discovery phase, we determined that additional brand elements would enhance + secure the final collateral for the client’s use across multiple platforms. We added animated video bumpers for their promotional videos and sent a camera crew to the client site.
As the project progressed, Soltech requested an additional PHP assistance to help them implement the end-user website that accompanied their application. We engaged multiple teams, so that while the video unit wrapped up content, our development team scripted the site simultaneously.
Soltech’s project manager connected with our team regularly + also maintained direct control of their client relationship. With several parallel work streams, the project saved time + money.
Case Study: Wits' End
As a corporate meeting, events and video company, Wits’ End Productions knows how to make things look good. They’ve got a bevy of brilliant animators, videographers, graphic designers, and more. Their clients produce high-end trade shows and events across the nation, and with boundless creativity, sometimes Wits’ End needed sub-contractors to supply additional elements to their game plan.
For a client hosting an annual trade show in Las Vegas, Wits’ End designed an interactive experience that visitors could engage on an 80” touch screen, right in the middle of the action on the showroom floor. They had elegant motion graphics, vector icons, and a click path, but they needed someone to script it altogether for secure wireless access on both the TV and laptops. With multi-layered navigation connecting touchpoint and modals throughout the experience, it was essential to have clean, quick-load code.
With a very tight deadline, our team turned around a functioning installation in record time. We made ourselves available over the weekend, leading up to the big trade show kick off, playing on-hand tech support for the Wits’ End team out West.
With a portable product hosted locally on the client’s computers, end-users enjoyed a smooth, immersive peek into the client’s vast array of services. Wits’ End benefited from unlimited access to developers that could support their project deadlines, and we continue to partner on both one-time and annual productions.
