Together, we will remove roadblocks with your current site and create an outstanding customer experience.
You need something and we want to know what. During our first meeting we want to understand your goals so we can tailor a plan that meets your needs and sets you apart from your competition.
Our team puts a plan in place that will showcase your business online. You’ll see everything from total cost (with options for different phases), type of work that will be accomplished, and how long the project will take. Once you approve our proposal, we’ll send over a contract, and get started right away!
We know what you want to accomplish, but let’s dive into the details. We need to know the overall goal of your site, what features and functions will enhance your customers experience, and your preferences towards style and design.
After our kick-off meeting you will have a
By setting out a plan, we can make sure we are all on the same page and you will get your first chance to provide input on your site’s structure to make sure it connects with your target audience and is designed to guide your customers around your website.
Using everything you have told us from our introduction, the proposal, kick-off meeting, and your notes on our first deliverables, our team crafts a beautiful design tailored to how your business solves problems for your customers. Color palettes become background colors and button highlights – and those wireframes become an almost-tangible new website for the first time.
We’ve gone through a couple of rounds of revisions on the design of your new site and now it’s time to let our developers do what they do best – code out websites. When they are done, you’ll have a site built in WordPress that works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Your project manager will pop in with occasional updates, but this is a time where our team is heads-down working on getting you the best website possible.
Staying on top of writing content, whether your team is writing it or we are, will keep the project on track. With the sitemap and designs in hand, you have everything you need to know what type of content is needed and where it will go. Keep this top of mind and work with your project manager if you have any questions.
The website has been completed, the content has been imported, and now it’s time for you to take a look at your final product. Click through each page, test out your new blog, make sure payments go through. Try to break the site, find errors, and let us of anything that doesn’t function the way it’s intended to. Our developers will fix the issues before the site is launched.
It’s time to take your old website down and bring the new site live. Make sure your project manager has the appropriate credentials before the big day. We’ll schedule “go live” in the evening once your confirm the site is functioning and ready.
There are always new ideas that pop into your head about how you’d like to change things up and make them better. Let’s take a look at that list you’ve made and start talking about how we can continue our work together to make sure your website is always pointing your customers where they need to go.
We also provide hosting for our clients with regular back-ups, plugin updates, and a friendly face to call if your site has issues.
If you have questions about our process, drop us your email address, and we’ll be in touch ASAP.
