Hello! I’m the founder of Classic City and the one writing this page. I’ve been in the web industry since 2004 and always want to be learning. On top of web, I play a little guitar, mentor some folks, and am a member of Entrepreneur’s Organization.

Andy Milligan

Hello! I’m the founder of MMG Design, my web design studio, where I help startups clarify their offer and quickly explore a new design direction for their website. Outside of work, I dabble in golf, run like a baby giraffe, and wear hearing aids—so yes, I can literally tune out bad design advice.

What is this?

We want to understand how businesses really feel about their sites: what’s working, what’s not, and what you wish your next redesign would fix.

When we work on sites for clients, we always ask: “When is the last time you talked to your customers about why they work with you?” Well … this is our olive branch. We built a survey so you could tell us the good, bad, and the ugly.

Websites kinda suck. We want to make them better.

But why?

Most web agencies offer 25 things. We don’t. Andy, myself, and our teams spend all day every day thinking about websites. And the thing is, we want to be better.

Rather than taking random stabs in the dark, we figured we’d ask you what you deem essential for your current website, what sucks about the process, and what you look forward to in a coming iteration.

But don’t you and Andy compete? No. We are both firm believers in collaboration. When we work together, we all get better.
