We’re giving away a free homepage design sprint to one business in our network for completing a survey on why websites suck. No strings. Just clarity, direction, and a homepage you’ll actually be proud to share.
We’ll announce the winner on August 8th!
First off, introductions
What is this?
We want to understand how businesses really feel about their sites: what’s working, what’s not, and what you wish your next redesign would fix.
When we work on sites for clients, we always ask: “When is the last time you talked to your customers about why they work with you?” Well … this is our olive branch. We built a survey so you could tell us the good, bad, and the ugly.
Websites kinda suck. We want to make them better.

Give us your feedback on your current website and the redesign process.

But why?
Most web agencies offer 25 things. We don’t. Andy, myself, and our teams spend all day every day thinking about websites. And the thing is, we want to be better.
Rather than taking random stabs in the dark, we figured we’d ask you what you deem essential for your current website, what sucks about the process, and what you look forward to in a coming iteration.
But don’t you and Andy compete? No. We are both firm believers in collaboration. When we work together, we all get better.
If you’re wondering if we do good work…

What if I win the homepage redesign?
What happens next?
Discovery call
Andy and I will host a 1-hour discovery call where we will go over everything from your mission, message, design inspiration, and sitemap.
Wireframes
I will begin working on the wireframe for your homepage to make sure we’re all in alignment on how we want to tell your company’s story. We’ll send over a Loom walkthrough, and you can drop us your comments in there.
Mockup
We’ll take your comments from the wireframe, the design inspiration we went over in our Discovery chat, and Andy will begin designing your new homepage in Figma.
At the end of the day, you’ll have a new homepage design in less than two weeks. We’ll send over all the assets for it and can help you define the appropriate next steps.
The survey about your website
PS. I timed myself going through it slowly, and it took me three minutes and nineteen seconds.
