WordPress care plans are the monthly work that keeps a site secure, current, and actually edited. Ours come in three tiers: Care ($250/mo), Care+ ($550/mo), and Build ($900/mo). They cover updates, backups, security, performance, small tweaks, and built-in dev time. Hosting is available as a $85/mo add-on.

A care plan should be three things: predictable, transparent, and actually staffed. Ours are all three. All pricing is completely upfront, and the benefit for each is plainly written out.

I believe a care plan should never feel like rent you’re paying for software updates. The work below covers what actually keeps a site healthy, by humans, on a schedule, with someone real picking up when you reach out.

Most clients land on Care or Care+. Build is for sites that grow.

Care

Questions about care plans

What’s included in your WordPress care plan?

Every tier covers the recurring technical work that keeps a WordPress site secure and running: core, plugin, and theme updates; off-site backups twice daily; malware scans twice daily; emergency restores; broken-link checks; uptime monitoring; performance tuning; and Search Console monitoring. Care+ adds 5 small website tweaks per month. Build adds 2 hours of Classic City dev time per month for new features or blocks. Response is guaranteed within one business day on Care+ and up.

What’s the difference between Care, Care+, and Build?

Care covers the recurring technical work that keeps your site healthy. Care+ adds 5 small website tweaks per month so your team isn’t waiting on a developer for a copy edit or an image swap. Build adds 2 hours of dev time per month for actual new features or blocks. Most clients start on Care+, the middle tier, because that’s where the recurring small-change friction lives.

Do I need to host with you, or can I bring my own?

Bring your own if you already have solid managed WordPress hosting. If you don’t, hosting is available as a $85/mo per-site add-on. Bundling hosting with a Care plan gives you two independent backup layers (our off-site backups plus WP Engine’s daily snapshots) and one point of contact for both the site and the server it lives on.

What counts as a ‘tweak’ on Care+?

A tweak is anything that takes roughly 15 minutes: blog post updates, image swaps, contact info changes, copy edits, password recovery, form changes. Adding a new page, building a new section, or shipping a feature is Build-tier work, not a tweak. We never play games with this line. If something turns into more than 15 minutes, we tell you up front whether it counts as a tweak, a dev hour, or its own quote.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Most clients start on Care or Care+ and move up if the site grows or down if a busy season passes. We don’t lock you into annual contracts to make it expensive to change. The switch happens on your next billing cycle. No penalty, either direction.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Annual billing comes with a discount locked in at signup. Same plan, paid up front. Mention it on the call and we’ll quote the exact annual number for your tier.
