Dynamic Agency OS
A Website with More Texture
Chris DuBois runs Dynamic Agency OS, a high-level coaching and community platform for marketing agency owners. After years of personal coaching and successful agency leadership, Chris realized his digital home didn’t reflect the “no-fluff” value he was providing to his peers.
With his community growing fast and new product offerings on the horizon for 2025, he knew he couldn’t keep driving traffic to a “basic” template that lacked personality.
He came to us to move past the “haphazard” graphics and build a foundational design aesthetic he could finally be proud of.

A disjointed digital presence
Mismatched Brand Identity: Chris was putting out great content on LinkedIn and in his emails, but the transition to his website felt like stepping into a different world. The site relied on generic templates and solid backgrounds that didn’t capture the “hand-drawn” authenticity of his personal brand. This lack of a defined design system made every new addition to the site feel like “duct tape” rather than a natural extension of his business.
Growth Friction: With a rapidly expanding community and a re-architected set of offerings, Chris felt a mental block when it came to driving traffic. He knew his current site couldn’t support the new products or provide the professional “North Star” his brand needed for 2025. Without a design foundation, even simple updates felt like a massive operational headache.

We took Chris through our “Prototype” process to define a core color palette, font styles, and a unique hand-drawn art style. By integrating textures and custom iconography, we moved him away from “solid colors” and toward a professional, layered aesthetic that meshes perfectly with his photography. Now, instead of a static site, Chris has a library of blocks and dividers that make expanding his website a breeze. He finally has the “toolbox” needed to grow his brand slowly and intentionally over time without ever losing that genuine feel.
Hi! My name is Chris.
Every company is at different place for their web needs. On our call, we’ll get a handle on if a website revamp makes sense or if simply improving your current site is the logical move.
And, if Classic City isn’t the right fit, I’ll introduce you to someone who would be, debrief them on our call, and make sure you’re not having to repeat information.
