On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate our communication with you? Things to think about: Do you receive enough communication on a weekly/bi-weekly basis? Do you feel “heard” on phone calls? Do the requests you communicate with us make it to the appropriate team member for completion?
Quality of Work
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the quality of our work? Things to think about: Do you feel like you don’t have to give us a lot of QA notes? When we talk about deliverables/tasks that things are organized in a way that makes sense? Are you getting the final product that you thought you were paying for?
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate our adherence to our schedule? Things to think about: are we on time to our meetings? Do we deliver products to you when we say we will? Do you feel like your questions are answered in an appropriate amount of time?
