Introductions
We want to understand your current project load and your team. We’ll walk through areas that are current “fire drills” for your team and understand how your team communicates and relays project statuses back to your clients.
Direction
We will come back to you with a plan of attack. We’ll have the director picked out and let you interview them. We will have a plan for solving your immediate problems as well as a long term strategy to inject more web work into your pipeline to help increase your bottom line.
Start
We will walk you through how to make the appropriate introductions to your team. We’ll schedule some 1:1s with key team members for them to ask questions and to get a better understanding of who we are. We’ll jump into weekly meetings immediately.
